As United Methodist Christians we are called to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We seek to fulfill this mission with God’s word through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to reconcile our forgiveness with Him. Experience God’s love through our ministry’s and our Sunday morning worship service. Come and feel the spirit of God’s presence as we learn and grow together in His name.

Lake George United Methodist Church is a church where you will not find any perfect people. But you will find ordinary people being changed by an extraordinary God. It is exciting to be a part of a church that really loves people and enjoys growing closer to God. It doesn’t matter what you wear, what you look like or what your background is. We are all growing together, and we are here to help and encourage one another. We believe that you will be both blessed and be a blessing to others.
What to expect when you arrive
You will be greeted upon arrival and assistance will be offered, Service begins at 9am
Our Sunday Service typically lasts an hour
Our service follows a basic pattern, Greeting, opening prayer, announcements, Call to worship, offering and message
We typically have 3 songs that are a mix of contemporary songs and hymns from the hymnal
All images, readings and song lyrics are viewed on the large screen TV at the front of the sanctuary
Dress is casual and all are welcome
We are not yet fully handicap accessible but assistance to enter the building is available, Our greeter will be happy to get you some assistance
There is time for fellowship before and after the service
